Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works Ltd has announced that a Board Meeting is scheduled on 02/03/2026 to consider and approve the appointment of a new Independent Director. This decision comes after the resignation of existing Independent Director, Sri R. Gurubatham, due to his preoccupation, with effect from February 12, 2026. The Audit Committee has recommended two nominees for the Board's consideration and finalisation.
