Veer Energy Re-appoints Directors Bhavin Shah, Krupa Jain

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd. announced board approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavin Shah as Non-Executive Director and Mrs. Krupa Jain as Whole-time Director. Both appointments are for a term of five years, commencing December 30, 2026, and are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Director's Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The 46th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, via video conferencing.
