Veer Global Infraconstruction Ltd Executes Development Agreement with Sai Rydam Realtors

Veer Global Infraconstruction Ltd has entered into a Development Agreement (DA) with M/s Sai Rydam Realtors Private Limited on 20th June, 2025. The agreement is for the development of a land parcel, where Veer Global Infraconstruction Ltd will allot and convey three floors (5th, 7th, and 11th) of Building No. 6 to Sai Rydam Realtors in the form of flats. The parties are not related and the transaction is not a related party transaction. The agreement does not involve the issuance of shares.
