Viram Suvarn: Trading Window Closes Oct 1 for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Viram Suvarn Ltd (formerly Veeram Securities Limited) announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. The closure is effective from October 1, 2026, for the purpose of considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This action complies with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this period.
