The Board of Directors of Veljan Denison Ltd. met on 11th February 2026 and approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company has reported a profit before tax of 2,680.14 crores for the quarter and 8,379.21 crores for the nine months period. The company operates in the Hydraulic Products business segment and has complied with the new labour codes that came into effect from November 21, 2025.
