Venmax Drugs & Hatri Pharma Merger Update: NCLT Directs Shareholder Meeting

Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited has received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, dated September 7, 2026. The order directs Venmax to convene a meeting of its equity shareholders on October 24, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. This meeting is in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hatri Pharma Private Limited with Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited.
