Ventive Hospitality Acquires Kelzai Eco Reserves for ₹281.88 Cr

Ventive Hospitality Ltd has approved the acquisition of 100% equity and preference share capital of Kelzai Eco Reserves Private Limited for ₹281.88 crore. The acquisition aims to expand Ventive's presence in the luxury resort and branded villa segment, acquiring approximately 420 acres of resort property in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed within three months. Kelzai Eco Reserves Private Limited is engaged in the hospitality business with a turnover of INR 1,425,000 as of March 31, 2026.
