Ventive Hospitality Approves FY26 Audited Results

Ventive Hospitality Ltd's board approved audited financial results (consolidated and standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2026. The board approved the re-classification requests from certain members of the Promoter and Promoter Group to the ‘Public’ category, subject to stock exchange approvals.
