Ventive Hospitality NCLT Order for Amalgamation Scheme

Ventive Hospitality Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has passed an order dated September 23, 2026, concerning a Scheme of Amalgamation. This order is procedural and directs the convening of meetings for equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Ventive Hospitality Limited and three other transferor companies: Eon-Hinjewadi Infrastructure Private Limited, Restocraft Hospitality Private Limited, and Wellcraft Infraprojects Private Limited. The amalgamation is subject to approvals from shareholders, creditors, and final sanction from the NCLT. The scheme is deemed beneficial to all stakeholders.
