Ventive Hospitality to Explore Acquisition of Soho House Expansion Business in India

Ventive Hospitality Limited, through its Material Subsidiary Panchshil Corporate Park Private Limited (PCPPL), has proposed to enter into a non-binding agreement with a Target Entity to explore the potential acquisition of its business. This proposed transaction would also result in the acquisition of the Target Entity’s subsidiaries, which hold the exclusive rights for Soho House expansion in India and operate Soho House Mumbai (Juhu). The proposal is subject to completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
