Ventura Securities to Sponsor Alternative Investment Fund and Incorporate Investment Manager LLP

Ventura Securities Limited, a subsidiary company, announced at its board meeting on October 17, 2025, the decision to sponsor an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) - Category II and incorporate a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) to act as an Investment Manager to the AIF. The LLP, named 'Ventura Alternative Investment Advisor LLP' or any other approved name, will have a total obligation of contribution in compliance with applicable regulations and will be appropriately capitalized. It will share profits in a 99%-1% ratio between Ventura Securities Limited and Mr. Hemant Majethia respectively. The LLP will act as an investment advisor, manager, financial consultant, and portfolio manager among other roles for alternative investment funds.
