Veranda Learning: Auditor Appointed, Management Change

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd's board approved the appointment of Suresh Surana & Associates LLP as statutory auditors, replacing Deloitte Haskins & Sells, effective from the conclusion of the 8th AGM for a term of five years, subject to member approval. Mr. Aditya Malik, COO, is transferred to SNVA Veranda Limited, ceasing to be COO of Veranda Learning from May 31, 2026. Mr. Kalpathi S Suresh is re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for 3 years starting October 28, 2026, subject to member approval.
