Veranda Learning Fixes Oct 6 Record Date for Share Allotment

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd has announced October 06, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive shares of J.K. Shah Commerce Education Limited (JSCEL) under a composite scheme of arrangement. Shareholders will receive one JSCEL share for every Veranda Learning share held. This follows the NCLT's sanction of the scheme on August 20, 2026. The new JSCEL shares are intended for listing on BSE and NSE, subject to regulatory approvals.
