Veranda Learning Solutions Acquires 40.41% Stake in BB Publication for INR 126.22 Crores

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd (VLS) has acquired 40.41% of the share capital from the existing shareholders of BB Publication Private Limited (BB Publication) for a total consideration of INR 126.22 Crores. The acquisition was made in cash and through share swap. BB Publication is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is in the business of providing online coaching and selling books online for professional courses in relation to Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). The acquisition is in line with VLS's business of providing education both organically and by acquisition. The remaining share capital of BB Publication will be acquired in four tranches over a period of six years from the date of First Tranche acquisition.
