The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited, has transferred its 100% shareholding in Neyyar Academy Private Limited and Neyyar Education Private Limited to another wholly-owned subsidiary, Veranda Race Learning Solutions Private Limited. Additionally, the Board of Directors of the concerned entities has approved the merger of Veranda IAS Learning Solutions Private Limited and Neyyar Academy Private Limited with Veranda Race Learning Solutions Private Limited.
