Veranda Learning Solutions Scheme of Arrangement Sanctioned by NCLT

Shah Commerce Education Limited (Resulting Company). The order was pronounced on August 20, 2026, and an e-copy was uploaded on the NCLT website on August 21, 2026. The company will now proceed with necessary steps to implement the scheme.
