Veronica Production Board Approves Audited Financial Results for FY2025-26

Veronica Production Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 30, 2026, approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company submitted these results along with the audit report to the BSE. The independent auditor, S K Bhavsar & Co., issued an unmodified opinion, confirming the results present a true and fair view in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. However, the auditor included an 'Emphasis of Matter' noting that management did not provide balance confirmations, reconciliations, or age-wise analysis for certain Trade Receivable and Trade Payable balances. Consequently, the auditors could not verify the existence, completeness, accuracy, and recoverability of these balances, and the potential impact on the financial results is currently unascertainable.
