Veronica Production Board to meet on April 30 for FY26 results

Veronica Production Ltd. has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also address any other items with the chairperson's permission. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons has been closed since April 1, 2026, and will re-open 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
