Vertex Securities Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Vertex Securities Limited announced the approval of its Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Prameela Unni as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Venkitesh Iyer, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
