Vesuvius India Ltd Sells Land and Structures for Rs. 30,51,00,000, No Adverse Impact Expected

Vesuvius India Ltd has sold its land along with the structures at Plot Nos. 13, 14 and 15, Block E, IDA, Visakhapatnam - 530012 for a total consideration of Rs. 30,51,00,000/-. The land and structures belonged to the erstwhile factory of the Company and were no longer required after the cessation of operations. The sale is not expected to have any adverse material impact on the business operations or revenue of the Company. The sale was executed on October 24, 2025, and the consideration received is Rs. 30,51,00,000/-. The buyers are M/s. A.R. Steels and M/s. Madhuri Steel Enterprises, who do not belong to the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies.
