Viaan Industries Ltd, now known as Redmax Footwears Limited, has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 23, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company is distributing its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and the Notice of the AGM electronically to registered members. A remote e-voting facility will be available from September 19, 2026, 10:00 A.M. to September 22, 2026, 5:00 P.M. for members as of the cut-off date, September 16, 2026.
