Vibrant Global Capital Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss the notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting, closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books, the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM will also be addressed.
