Vibrant Global Capital Sets 31st AGM E-voting Dates

Vibrant Global Capital Ltd has announced the cut-off date and e-voting period for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders is September 22, 2026. Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically from September 24, 2026, 9:00 am, until September 28, 2026, 5:00 pm. The AGM itself is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 am, and will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM).
