Viceroy Hotels Ltd has successfully completed its rights issue by allotting 92,03,008 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs. 115.00 per share. This allotment, approved by BSE, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 76,78,19,560. The total issue size amounted to Rs. 10,583.46 Lakhs.
