Viceroy Hotels Subsidiary Auditor Resigns; New Auditor Appointed
Viceroy Hotels Ltd announced that its wholly-owned material subsidiary, SLN Terminus Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, has accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Dhanunjaya & Haranath. The resignation is effective from July 31, 2026. The auditors cited reasons related to a change in the management of the company following its acquisition by Viceroy Hotels Limited and strategic reallocation of resources within the group. M/s. Dhanunjaya & Haranath have completed the audit for FY 2025-26 and will issue a limited review report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors of the subsidiary has approved the appointment of M/s. KGM & Co. as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy.
