Viceroy Hotels to Acquire SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts for Rs. 206.00 Crores; Appoints Ms. Vaishnavi Nalabala as Additional Director

Viceroy Hotels Limited has approved the acquisition of SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, for a total consideration of Rs. 206.00 Crores. The acquisition is expected to facilitate strategic portfolio expansion within the hospitality segment, strengthen the Company's market presence and asset base, and improve cost efficiency and resource utilization. The transaction will be executed within a year from the date of approval of the shareholders. Post-acquisition, SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Viceroy Hotels Limited. Furthermore, Viceroy Hotels Limited has appointed Ms. Vaishnavi Nalabala as the Additional Director in Independent Category of the Company, effective December 1, 2025.
