Videocon Industries: 60th CoC Meeting Scheduled for April 17, 2026

Videocon Industries Limited has announced the upcoming 60th meeting of its consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC), which also includes 12 other Videocon group companies. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, April 17, 2026. This pre-facto intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The meeting is part of the ongoing consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process for the group.
