Vikram Kamats Hospitality Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the said quarter. Promoters, directors, designated employees, and connected persons are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
