Vidya Wires Ltd: AGM Approves Financials, Re-appoints Director & Auditors

Vidya Wires Ltd held its 44th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026. The meeting, conducted via e-voting and other audio-visual means, saw shareholders approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Mrs. Shilpa Rathi was re-appointed as a director, and D. G. Bhimani and Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term. Remuneration for cost auditors, J B Mistri and Co., was also ratified. The e-voting period ran from September 15 to September 17, 2026.
