Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Narasimha Raju K.A. as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 9, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on the same day. Mr. Raju brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, corporate governance, and strategic leadership, with a background in Big Four audit and senior leadership roles across healthcare, diagnostics, renewable energy, and real estate sectors. Notably, he previously served as the CFO of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre from March 15, 2021, to March 26, 2025, and was instrumental in the company's IPO. His expertise is expected to further strengthen the company's financial management and strategic objectives.
