Viji Finance Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The main agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for both the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the associated Audit Report. The board will also address other routine matters. Furthermore, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities, which was previously closed, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these audited financial results for all designated persons and their immediate relatives.
