Viji Finance Closes Trading Window for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Viji Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, are declared to the stock exchanges. The company is adhering to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and has also complied with recent SEBI circulars regarding freezing PAN at the security level.
