Viji Finance: Vishw Jayesh Vora Acquires 5.10% Stake via Warrants

Vishw Jayesh Vora, along with two Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired an aggregate of 1,05,00,000 equity shares in Viji Finance Limited. This acquisition, representing 5.10% of the total paid-up equity share capital, was executed through the conversion of warrants on a preferential basis on July 24, 2026. The shares allotted rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. Following this acquisition, the total holding of the acquirer and PACs increases to 1,12,27,712 shares, constituting 5.45% of the company's total equity.
