Vikas WSP Ltd Postpones 38th AGM Due to CIRP

Vikas WSP Ltd has announced the postponement of its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26, originally scheduled for July 28, 2026. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in February 2022. The Resolution Professional, Darshan Singh Anand, cited the ongoing NCLT proceedings regarding a Resolution Plan, which is expected to be pronounced shortly and may lead to changes in shareholding and management, as the reason for the postponement. A new date for the AGM will be intimated separately after the approval and implementation of the Resolution Plan.
