Vikas WSP seeks AGM extension due to NCLT order pendency

Vikas WSP Ltd has filed an application with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) seeking a 3-month extension for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The extension is necessitated by the pending order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench (Court-II) regarding the approval of a resolution plan for the corporate debtor. The company is awaiting the ROC's approval for this extension. The AGM date and Annual Report submission will be intimated once the extension is granted. Vikas WSP is currently under corporate insolvency resolution process, managed by an Interim Resolution Professional appointed by the NCLT.
