According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Dhirajlal Patel and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 1,50,000 shares of Vikram Aroma Ltd, amounting to 4.78% of the company's total voting shares. This acquisition was made off-market on 24th March 2026. The total voting rights of the company after the acquisition stand at 31,35,785 equity shares.
