Ghanshyambhai Patel and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 1,50,000 equity shares, representing 4.78% of the total share capital, in Vikram Aroma Limited through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. This transaction increases their total shareholding to 20,67,807 shares, or 65.94% of the company's equity. The total equity share capital of Vikram Aroma Limited remains unchanged at Rs. 3,13,57,850/-.
