Vikram Solar Ltd Announces Changes in Management: New CEO, COO, and Resignation

Vikram Solar Limited has announced changes in its management. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Sameer Nagpal as the Chief Executive Officer and the re-designation of Mr. Krishna Kumar Maskara to Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer. The changes are based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Mr. Anil Bhadauria has resigned from his position as Executive Vice President & Head of Manufacturing Operations.
