Vikram Thermo India Ltd has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business including adoption of financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of dividend, and re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh-kumar Harjivandas Patel and Mr. Ankur Patel as Whole Time Directors for a consecutive period of 5 years each, effective August 13, 2026. The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote or attend the AGM is Friday, September 22, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 26 to September 28, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM and dividend declaration.
