Vikram Thermo India: Mrs. Hetalben Patel Acquires 2.39% Stake

Vikram Thermo (India) Limited has filed a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Mrs. Hetalben Ankur Patel, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), acquired 7,50,000 equity shares, representing 2.39% of the total share capital. This acquisition was executed via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. Following the transaction, the total holding of Mrs. Hetalben Ankur Patel and PACs increased from 61.22% to 63.61% of the company's equity share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 31,357,850 shares of Rs. 10 each.
