Vikran Engineering Amends MOA & AOA, Expands Business Scope

Vikran Engineering Ltd's members approved significant alterations to its Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) at the 18th Annual General Meeting on September 11, 2026. The MOA's Objects Clause was expanded to include a broader range of infrastructure projects, such as power transmission, renewable energy, data centers, telecom, and water infrastructure, under various models like BOT, BOLT, BOOT, and HAM. Additionally, the company can now generate and deal in conventional and non-conventional energy resources. The AOA was amended to insert a clause allowing Debenture Trustees to appoint Nominee Directors on the Board.
