Vinati Organics Closes Trading Window for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Vinati Organics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated and connected persons. This closure will be effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The company will separately announce the date of the Board Meeting convened to consider and approve these financial results.
