Vinati Organics Limited has subscribed to additional 6,93,62,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, amounting to 69,36,20,000/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Crores Thirty Six Lakhs Twenty Thousand only). The shares rank pari-passu to existing Equity Shares of the Company. Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and its main business object is the manufacturing of Organics Fine Specialty Chemicals.
