Vinayak Polycon Announces 17th AGM on Sep 12, 2026

Vinayak Polycon International Ltd has announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This is in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 are being sent electronically to members with registered email addresses. For members without registered emails, a letter is being sent providing a web-link and path to access the Annual Report and AGM Notice. The documents are also available on NSDL and BSE websites. Members are urged to update their email addresses.
