Vinayak Vanijya Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Vinayak Vanijya Ltd has informed the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.
