Samita Gupta Acquires 47,000 Shares in Vinayak Vanijya Ltd, Increasing Her Holding to 27.73%

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Samita Gupta has acquired 47,000 shares in Vinayak Vanijya Ltd. This acquisition has increased her holding to 27.73% from the previous 32.45%. The shares were acquired off-market. The total equity share capital of the company is 996,000, with each share having a face value of Rs. 10. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the said acquisition is also 996,000.
