Vineet Laboratories Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results

Vineet Laboratories Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Standalone Audited Financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The PAN of all the Designated Persons (‘DPs”) and their immediate relatives have been frozen during the period of trading window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial results will be intimated in due course.
