Vineet Laboratories Ltd. to Approve Q3 Results on Feb 14, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Vineet Laboratories Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company was closed from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the said Code. The trading window will remain closed till Monday, February 16, 2026.
