Vinny Overseas Ltd Revises AGM Notice and Board Report

Vinny Overseas Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 2, 2026, to approve a revised Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a revised Board of Directors' Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2026. The company also approved the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 19 to September 25, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Divyaprakash Jagdishchandra Chechani and Mr. Parag Kailash Chandrajagetiya were appointed as Independent Directors for a five-year term starting September 27, 2026, subject to member approval. The re-appointment of Ms. Nishita Shah, who retires by rotation, was also recommended.
