Vintage Coffee Appoints Sreedar Mohan & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Vintage Coffee And Beverages Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Sreedar Mohan & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for a period of two years, commencing from the conclusion of the 46th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 48th AGM. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting also approved a change in the company's registered office, an increase in remuneration for the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Balakrishna Tati, and the Whole-time Director, Mr. Sai Teja Tati, along with the re-appointment of Mr. Balakrishna Tati. Additionally, the company plans to issue employee stock options and convertible warrants.
